GROUND FLOOR

KITCHEN

The heart of this farmhouse is its kitchen, featuring a spacious Tuscan table that beckons family gatherings. For those who prefer dining al fresco, a second table awaits on the charming patio, providing a delightful setting to savour the Tuscan cuisine surrounded by the captivating natural beauty.

LIVING ROOM

Adjacent to the kitchen there is a cosy living room with doors opening out onto the patio. Here is the place to relax on a comfy sofa arm chair.

BEDROOM 1

A charming and cosy bedroom with a queen size double bed and en suite bathroom - ideal for those members of the family who would rather not negotiate the stairs. The windows open out onto the the patio and gardens.

SECOND FLOOR

BEDROOM 2

The bedroom is full of light and has windows looking out towards the front garden and out towards the countryside. The bedroom has a queen-sized double bed and traditional antique furniture.

BEDROOM 3 and 4

There bedrooms are interconnected, they have a door between them but you must pass through bedroom 3 to get to bedroom 4

Bedroom 3 has 3 single beds - all beds are ideal for children and adults alike.

Bedroom 4 has twin beds but they can be prepared as a double for a couple

OUTSIDE SPACE

Stepping into the outdoor haven, guests are greeted by the breathtaking landscape adorned with Cypress and olive trees, complemented by vibrant Oleander bushes. The garden, though not gated, offers ample space for children to play, with shaded corners for relaxation and sunny spots for sun enthusiasts. Please note that adult supervision is necessary for small children.

PRIVATE POOL VIEWS

The private pool, measuring 7 x 5 meters, is nestled at the rear of the property within the lush gardens, providing a refreshing oasis with panoramic views over the valley and hills. As the sun sets, the pool area transforms into a serene retreat for relaxation.

LAUNDRY ROOM

Adjacent to the villa, a small building serves as a laundry room, equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. These facilities are shared with other guests staying in 3 apartments on the farm and is not exclusive to Casa Giovanna

There is plenty of parking space in front of the villa.
