We has a 4 night stay in early April. The apartment is beautiful, has everything needed for a comfortable visit. The garden space is a wonderful addition. Marie and Patrizia are very kind and approachable. Marie is incredibly helpful and a fountain of knowledge on Vicopisano. Vicopisano in itself is stunningly beautiful with every amenity needed. We did not hire a car so relied on buses and trains to get to Florence and Pisa, both are very easy to navigate and incredibly reasonably priced. We walked a lot in the hills surrounding Vicopisano, breathtaking scenery with many different walks available. I would highly recommend a stay here, if I could I would be back every month for a few days!
Thank you so much for your wonderful review. We’re really happy to hear you had such an enjoyable 4-night stay in April and that you found the apartment comfortable and well equipped for your visit. It’s especially lovely to know you made such great use of the garden and explored the surrounding hills — it really is a special area, and we’re so glad you got to experience it fully, even without a car. It was a pleasure meeting you, and I’m so pleased you found Vicopisano easy to explore and well connected to Florence and Pisa as well. You would always be very welcome back — and we’d be delighted if you did return for those regular “few days away”! Warmest wishes, Marie & Patrizia
We had read about Nido Bianco on Marie’s Authentic Tuscany website. We were looking for a romantic and well deserved break over Christmas and New Year and booked the studio for a festive stay. We were met by Patrizia and Marie who welcomed us into our warm and very well appointed studio. The photos are accurate and the accommodation is comfortable, clean and beautifully appointed. We were completely comfortable making food in the little kitchen all the equipment we needed was there. We drove from place to place in and around the area enjoying coffees, pastries and lunches, there are many wonderful restaurants inland and on the coast near Vicopisano. We had a fabulous steak at the local steakhouse/macellaria called Testi. Marie was a mine of information about the history and interesting facts of Vicopisano and the surrounding area. We joined the locals at the Social Club for New Years Eve which was a festive, fun night out. We would definitely recommend a stay at Nido Bianco.
Dear Michelle, Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed review of Nido Bianco! We’re delighted that you chose our studio for your festive Christmas and New Year’s getaway and that it lived up to your expectations. It’s wonderful to hear that you found the studio warm, comfortable, and well-equipped for your stay. We always aim to provide a cosy and welcoming retreat, and it’s lovely to know that you enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and exploring the fantastic dining options in the area—Testi is a favorite for us too! We’re happy to hear that you had fun ringing in the New Year with the locals at the Social Club. It’s such a special way to experience the heart of our village and the community spirit of Vicopisano. Thank you again for your kind words and for recommending Nido Bianco. It was a pleasure to meet you both, and we hope to welcome you back for another stay in the future. Warm regards,Marie and Lorenzo
Warm place, beautiful decoration. Great host Marie is very welcoming with very good advice for our stay in the region
The accommodation was beautifully located in a traffic-calmed street in the old town center of Vicopisano. The surroundings were very idyllic and quiet, there were a lot of good restaurants. You can easily reach the sea and other day trip destinations such as the Vespa Museum by car. The public parking was located very close to the property and free of charge. The garden was a very good way for us and our dog to spend a cozy evening outside the apartment. Also recommended is the cozy beer garden of the local cultural association "Circolo L'Ortaccio" located on the outskirts of the village or on the city wall. Leonardo was a very helpful host at all times. All in all a very nice place to relax!
Great stay.Hosts very friendly and helpful. We had trouble getting a hire car which resulted in us being all over the place with times to check in but the hosts were so accommodating and helpful. They had the aircon on ready for us, Prosecco in the fridge and a little welcome basket.Location was good.Great restaurant. Friendly locals.Would recommend.

This really felt like an authentic Tuscan experience. The town is literally built in an old castle fortress that you can tour (with incredible views), there are several amazing restaurants within walking distance, and it doesn’t feel touristy at all. Marie and Lorenzo also provide incredible tours and experiences that we loved! Some advice, bring mosquito spray and take note of store hours, most things are closed Sundays.
Nido Bianco was perfect for my three night stay. The apartment is well situated within the town and I could easily walk to restaurants and local sites. The studio apartment is spacious and comfortable. It is one of the few Airbnb‘s that has carpets—which adds to the warm and inviting atmosphere. It also had good lighting, which I find rare in many Airbnb apartments. Upon arrival I was delighted to find a basket of local goodies along with water, orange juice, and a bottle of champagne waiting for me in the refrigerator. The apartment is a short flight of stairs from the ground floor. The owner lives on the ground floor and was very friendly and helpful. Maria & Lorenzo were the perfect hosts and spent a lot of time showing me around, sharing information— about the town, the area, the restaurants, and the many sites. I’m very grateful for their hands-on approach as Air BnB hosts. It made my stay more meaningful. Thank you, Maria and Lorenzo, for being the perfect Airbnb hosts!

It was spotless and perfectly located, allowing us to easily explore the charming surroundings. Our hosts, Marie and Lorenzo, were incredibly warm and welcoming, making our experience even more special with fun wine and olive oil tastings, along with personalized guided tours of the town. This enchanting rental truly offered a cozy and memorable getaway in beautiful Tuscany!

It's rare to find accommodation that turns out to be exactly what is advertised, we could not fault the property or its location in the most beautiful town of Vicopisano. The hosts, Leo, Marie and Lorenzo are absolutely fabulous and made our stay so special.
