The owners of the main villa Montezemolo live and site. They are friendly and welcoming and will do not encroach on your private space. There is another apartment next door to the studio so your stairs are shared with a local neighbour.

Marie and Lorenzo are friends of the owners and we will welcome you to the property and answer any questions you may have about your stay. We live in the historic centre and are available to guests during their stay.
